Chrysalis Academy, located in Scottsdale, is looking for a Teaching Assistant! Starting right away with a year round school schedule. The TA will provide educational, behavioral and communication support to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the direction of a Certified Special Education Teacher.


The hourly pay rate starting at $17.50 p/h, and we are offering a $750 sign-on bonus.




  • Implement treatment plans using ABA techniques
  • Ability to collect specific data
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships
  • Work independently and with supervisor to create treatment plans
  • Communicate with supervisors and other colleagues consistently and professionally
  • Attend training, supervision, and mentor meetings
  • Receptive to constructive feedback in group and individual settings
  • Access and competent with Microsoft word, excel, and internet
  • Must be able to work independently and meet all clinical and administrative deadlines


  • Course work in related subject preferred
  • Experience in ABA preferred, not required. 
  • Must have or willing to obtain a valid CPR/First Aid & IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
